Extremely disappointed with the cleanliness...

Disliked: I found a used condom under the bed in my room. This is absolutely unacceptable. I reported it to the front desk immediately, but the staff did nothing and offered no apology or solution. Such lack of hygiene and customer care is inexcusable.

Liked: The people in the office were nice, the TV is nice, we got soap, the cleaning ladies were AMAZING
Disliked: The ac didn't work for 2 days so the temperature was 30 degrees Celsius for 2 days, the one cook top didn't work, cigarettes and people smoking.

Disliked: I pay twice for the same room, and booking and the hotel , they haven't returned my double payment

Disliked: The room smelled like cigarette smoke, which was covered up with strong cleaners. The furnishings were broken and in need of replacement. The bathroom counters were stained and worn. The floors were dirty to the point that we wore shoes at all times. My family wore their slippers in the shower so their feet wouldn’t touch. When we returned in the afternoon, our room was infested with bugs. There was a large crack under the door to the outside where bugs crawled under the door. The bugs were crawling on our bed and on the floor. The neighbor smoked weed all night long, and the smell came through the bathroom vent.
