Great & Comfortable

Liked: Everything was great! Honestly the reviews from what I saw were not accurate because it’s actually very nice and comfortable. Extremely quiet as well, very helpful staff as well if I needed anything. When it comes to hotels, etc.. you always have to see for yourself, never just go by reviews. I plan to stay here, as I also come for grad season because I’m a photographer & it’s very affordable.

Liked: Breakfast wasn’t offered. The toilet ran constantly and the microwave only worked on four minutes. My main problem was the noise that kept me up. It sounded like a heating and air unit starting up every five to ten minutes. I asked if I could get a refund but was told no. I didn’t want to lose my money so I stayed from Friday until Thursday without sleeping.

It wasn’t in my room but it kept me from sleeping. Told front desk she said she didn’t hear anything but she didn’t come in the room. She said I couldn’t get a refund after one night so I stayed because I couldn’t get a refund. The toilet ran constantly and you could only set the microwave on four minutes when I only needed two. Also there was a terrible odor. I burned candles but the halls and elevator smelled also. Although I brought my on towels, you have to pay two dollars to exchange towels.

Liked: The location was good. That is the only nice thing I can say about this hotel. Everything else from the check in until check out was horrible.
Disliked: The check in attendant was high when we checked in. We could smell the marijuana as soon as we walked in the door. She stayed on the phone with her boyfriend the entire time she was checking us in. There were guests walking around with guns showing in their waistbands that made us fear for our safety. There was one little bar of soap. The beds were like cots. Definitely not worth what we paid.
