I would definitely not recommend...

Liked: There were no bed bugs.
Disliked: If I could give 0 stars - I would. This place was not clean, and I felt unsafe during several points in the night. I awoke to what sounded like someone trying to enter my room, as well as, loud stomping from the unit above me. We checked for bed bugs immediately, to which we didn’t detect any. It was late when we arrived, and many hotels were sold out due to a baseball game, otherwise we would have left immediately. I was also underwhelmed with the staff that checked us in. Would not recommend staying here and definitely will think twice about staying in another extended stay americas

Disliked: The room was supposed to be non smoking, but it smelled in the room really bad. Had to buy my own air freshener and use that at least 3 times a day, as well as other cleaning supplies to clean the stains and try to get rid of the smell. The room itself was really dirty and not maintained. One of the stovetops was not working, the fridge had a leak, the shower had stains and the drain was clogged. I went to ask the staff if they can do anything about it and all they offered me was an unclogging plastic stick and I had to do it myself. I had to broom the room myself. Also the keycards were only working 1 out of 10 times!

Worst hotel experience with booking...

Liked: The experience at this hotel was horrendous it was the worst experience I've had with booking.com and makes me rethink using your services if you associate with this hotel
Disliked: The rooms I reserved were not given to me they gave me alternate rooms that did not meet my expectations the facilities were filthy the rooms we're filthy and customer service was non-existent when I brought these items to the attention of the team member on staff
