Disliked: The room has trash under bed1 and bed2 when checking in. The staff is not doing their jobs. The was dirty and smell like cigarettes.

Disliked: We reserved 2 rooms.1 room had a super single bed instead of a queen, the other room and 2 queen beds, one was broken, tv had a blue screen/no working remote, wet carpet and lingering cabbage smell, fridge didn’t work, shower head was broken and poor water pressure.

Liked: Decent location for an airport hotel.
Disliked: No airport shuttle. They offer extended parking but no shuttle to or from airport. Front desk closes at 10p and opens around 6a. Not good for people flying in or out of STL. Carpet was wet from being cleaned and didn't advise the patron. Room was extremely small and crowded. TV was left on but no remote to control the TV. The Internet advisees of shuttle for both parking AND the hotel but none offered! Late or early arrivals are inconvenienced by having to use the entry phone and hope corporate can awaken the desk clerk in order to obtain their room/reservations. Very limited outlets for charging phones/computers or anything else. Towels and personal products were minimal, the towels were basically a piece of material and were no more than a washcloth for a body towel.
