Disliked: I stay there for over a month and the elevator never works I had to walk four flights of stairs up and down everyday also the hot water was broke until the last day that I stayed there so we had cold showers for over a month the employees were very very rude when I would ask for toilet paper they would tell me no I'm not happy at all I really want my money back reimbursed somehow this was a horrible experience in my life 318-349-0914

Liked: This hotel was a nightmare. I have requested a full refund. The shower didn't work, the hotel front desk actually closed and a fire alarm panel was beeping all night. No sitting lounging chair in the room, just sitting chairs as if you were eating.
Disliked: Poor outside lighting, smelly hallway.

Disliked: Every thing -smell bad, bed small and hard,no hot water the first day,somebody keep the doors open all night,loud music,a/c wont stop running when I turn it off,elevator dont work,staff no where to be found,dont clean rooms at all

Liked: Had good tv channels. Had refrigerator and microwave.
Disliked: Needed an extra lamp in the room. I did see a couple of small roaches. Cleaning lady knocked on door before checkout.
