Fraudulent ads of “fully equipped...

Liked: Staff was friendly.
Disliked: What’s the purpose of paying for a full kitchen when there are NO DISHES? Not even to rent. To get any dishes you have to BUY them at $20-40. Huge ads ON SITE of “fully equipped kitchens” are fraudulent. Horrible waste of $160. Shame on them. There is not even a coffee maker on the room. AVOID!

The staff is Awesome

Liked: The General Manager provided excellent service. We arrived from California early and were able to check in before normal check in.

I do not recommend at...

Disliked: I was very disappointed, we paid for 2 adults and two kids . Our kids didn’t had any blankets or pillows for their couch/bed . When we tried to ask for help the lobby was CLOSED , the phone lines didn’t work and there was NOBODY around for help . I called the company emergency line and got hung up. Plus we got charged twice
