Liked: We stayed one night and it was always very convenient off of I-64 and close to a real nice area called Short Pump Town Center that had a beautiful outdoor mall with many stores and restaurants.We were greeted by a very nice gentleman at the front desk who directed us to where our room was .He was there all night and always pleasant and helpful when we were passing through . Very friendly.

Bring everything you may need....

Liked: Late check in. Location. 2 microwaves?
Disliked: Section on the sheets smelled like urine. They charge extra for plates/spoons/pots/pans. No sponge or soap in kitchen. No trash can in room.

Disliked: The room was awful. The furniture was broke. The phone didn’t even work. The light would flicker.

Liked: I only liked how the room was setup.
Disliked: I hated the fact that the room had roaches really bad and they couldn't give me another room and they couldn't give me my money back for the one night that I didn't stay.

Liked: Place is run down. Trash was exposed. Bathtub area was dirty. No amenities such as shampoo.

Liked: The day I arrived I was called and told my reservation was being canceled. The hotel over booked. I was shocked and spent hours looking for a place to stay! On top of that, I WAS CHARGED! Horrible service, never had ever happened before! Zero all around! I expect to hear from someone about this, I booked in February and was bumped ZERO! Never again
