Maybe it's the first floor...

Liked: The young lady at the front desk was so nice
Disliked: They only had rooms on the first floor, and the room that was available smelled like Urine. We could smell it in the hallway, and it made me feel physically ill. We did not stay there and went to another hotel.

Not good

Liked: The fact it had a full kitchen
Disliked: 1st room hot water did not work. Upon arrival front desk person failed to register me, therefore the Internet was not working. Went to the front desk and the second person who helped me was awesome. Got the Internet working AFTER she registered me to that room

Would not recommend

Liked: Tenants were nice. Staff was hot & cold. Decent location to West End and Short Pump.
Disliked: The non-smoking room they put me in REAKED of smoke. My clothes, hair and even my dog smelled like cigarettes. I was booked for a few weeks but left after 48 hours to a different hotel. Thin walls - I could hear everything in the hallways, even other toilets flushing.

Not bad for a few...

Liked: Not too bad for a few nights or so. Easy check in and check out. Our room had a kitchenette but I do recommend taking your own pans and silverware as they charge you to provide that stuff.
Disliked: Not much around the area to see or do. No coffee or some small essentials provided items like silverware or napkins.
