Liked: There was blood on the sheets. There was a big red stain in the carpet. The size of a football there was cockroaches. There was a burn on the sink and the pullout couch. Bed was soaked and wet could not even stay did not even sleep in the bed, had to rent another hotel asked for Front desk’s help with the blood stains. They said I can give you a sheet and you can change it like it’s my job to perform those kinds of task so we checked out through booking called them and notified them of the experience to get a full refund of the $469. The room that we received was a double bed when we booked a queen with a pull out for both of our hotel rooms and both of our hotel rooms were not even the correct hotel room.
