Room rate great but hotel...

Liked: The first desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The rate of the room was nice. I had an issue with the first room had so was given a second room and they moved me without an issue. Thank you
Disliked: The loud noise of children running up and down the hall the dog barking. The chairs was dirty and the rug in my room was dirty. The first room i had roaches on the bed. But I can say I was moved.

Wouldn’t recommend unless you can’t...

Liked: The staff was nice and the price was good.
Disliked: The kitchen was dirty upon arrival. Leftover food on top of the refrigerator, as well as food stains on the door. The couch was horribly stained and the room reeked of cigarette odors and just smelt old in general. Even lighting candles didn’t help.

Wouldnt recommend unless you cant afford anything better.

Liked: This is a wonderful hotel with even more wonderful staff!! They’re all great but Mrs. Kim at the front desk is absolutely AMAZING!! She is always very helpful, with the best attitude and always has a big smile on her face! She has made my experience here nothing short of amazing!!
Disliked: I can’t think of any problems or complaints! If I ever did have an issue with anything, i was helped right away with no questions asked!

Unfortunately my 3 young daughters and myself had to move out of our home and have been staying at the extended stay sin

Was in the mist of a power outage and needed somewhere to rest and get warm the lady at the front desk was so so nice
