Worse hotel I have ever...

Liked: First off the staff was very kind and pleasant. What I am about to say has no reflection on them. They are able to do so much because they are just staff. Now here goes…Bookings description of this hotel site is very deceptive. They need to take down the pictures of continental breakfast and coffee because there was none. No Coffee machine in your room or complimentary coffee up front. Not even throughout the day. There was no coffee available the entire stay. They had no common areas to sit outside of your room. The lobby only has a picture or two on the wall. So please read, read, read and do not go mainly by the pictures as I mistakenly did. This site has major safety concerns due to long stay tenants constantly placing rocks in the back door to get in and out of the facility. Staff is aware of this. I brung this to their attention. Staff claims they know this is going on. The only thing they were told to do by upper management, is to take the rock out of the door when they see it. There was no cookware, glasses, dishes or flatware to use. However, they do have them for purchase at the front desk. Computer chairs are used as dinning chairs and last, but certainly not least, there was a pregnant roach in the bathroom. The room was subpar in my opinion. I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone. Staying short term.

Liked: the room was absolutely disgusting. it was musty and the bathroom had yellow mold droplets on the ceiling. the towels were brown stained and the whole room was not cleaned properly.

Liked: The front desk staff member Kim was very professional and very helpful with check-in and checkout. She has great customer service .
Disliked: The room smelled bad and found some dead roaches and a few alive ones. The other guest was loud and smelled a lot of Marijuana in the hallways Had to really clean the room to feel comfortable staying there.
