Disliked: Got there at 10:25 and there was no employees and doors were locked. I was unable to get a key card and was not able to stay at this location for the night.

Liked: Walk from the room to the parking lot was short?
Disliked: Facility was very dirty, very loud and not safe for families. Parking lot constantly visited by people that appear homeless, mentally unstable and/or conducting some type of questionable business. Floors in our room were filthy (see picture), the room next door to us had a party going in it until late. Went to speak to someone at front desk about the issue, but the desk was covered by a steel roll up door.

Liked: the only thing i liked about this hotel was the security door and that i was with my family.
Disliked: there were drug addicts surrounding the property, people smoking cigarettes right next to the entrance that i had to walk my 2 & 6 year old through to get in the hotel. our room reeked of marijuana walking up, i was screamed at by the staff. i was promised dishes and the staff said she couldnt after i had called to verify before setting out on my trip. there were bugs in my room and my fridge didnt work (the freezer was refrigerator temperature). there was obviously a lack of cleaning done, dirt on walls, pee in bathroom(in the corner), backed up plumbing causing the bathroom to smell of feces.

Liked: Unfortunately, the only thing to say is the front counter staff was friendly.
Disliked: I booked without knowledge of the Area, Traveling for work. Upon arrival there were several homeless people in the parking lot, and I got some really bad vibes from them. After check in I found blood spatter on my wall and decided it was best not to stay here. I went straight down to the front counter and asked for a refund so I can stay elsewhere. I was not rude and took a few pictures as well. The manager was not in so I was told It would processed in the morning. I went about my business found a different hotel that evening. I called several times to get the refund and eventually was denied because it weas only for 1 night? What a terrible experience.

Liked: They moved us rooms
Disliked: Most of everything that the hotel had to offer. The beds were uncomfortable the room we originally were given smelt like cigarettes and smoke even thought the hotel clearly says no smoking area and has signs everywhere saying not to smoke in the rooms.

Lower the price for what...

Liked: The swing shift woman was amazing!! She helped me get a room when there technically was no rooms available. She really went the extra distance for me.
Disliked: The only complaint I have is the beds were too stiff.
