Disliked: The cleanliness of the entire place

Horrible.

Liked: Well we were staying for one night only. We could not take a shower because the showerhead did not work. I called to see what they can do but they couldn’t do anything about it till the next morning but we already checked out. I did not like this place at all. It smelled horrible. They had one bar of soap for four people no shampoo, no conditioner no hand soap the whole room look like it was from 1980s. I don’t understand why hotels are so much money and have their hotels look like they’re rundown very very, very disappointed

Disliked: Nobody working when I arrived to check in at 11:00pm. So I never got my room that I reserved and they still charged my card and I didn’t stay there because no one was working to help me. Will never reserve a room there ever again

Disliked: No after hours customer service. Locked out of the hotel due to keys being erased. Poor corporate customer service.
