Liked: Staff was ok.
Disliked: Stunk,Terribly!! Not clean at all. Had to buy cleaning supplies to scrum the floors. Elevator was NEVER cleaned, smelled like dead people. Absolutely pathetic!!

Not what we hoped for,...

Liked: They had a place available, most of the city was sold out because of a sports tournament. The nice lady that checked us in was very friendly and it was nice that English was her primary language.
Disliked: Overall, it lacked cleanliness. Hallways didn't smell good, our room wasn't very clean. If you opened the drawers in the cabinets, night stands and dresser they all needed to be cleaned, a lot! The room didn't smell very nice.

Liked: It was close to everything
Disliked: We didn’t have a remote to turn on tv , blood was on the bathroom wall , front seat clerk was the only one in the building checking us in and making up beds and washing the linen at the same time !!! She deserves a raise bc that was just sad ! The guest needs to control their dogs while coming inside the elevator !! Yes when only had 2 towels to bath with and it was 3 people. !!
