Liked: It was close to the new Epic Universe park
Disliked: Bug!!! Insects crawling all over. The place smelt like cigarettes. I had to wait awhile for someone to come to the front desk. No one showed up so I had to call them on the phone and get someone to the front desk.

Stressful.

Liked: Upon our stay, no outlets worked- the beds were rock hard. Shower curtain hand hand prints all over it and the toilet would only work when it wanted too. God forbid should you need to leave late at night because the hotel key may or may not work and it take 15 -20 mins to get someone up and to get to you …
Disliked: Dirty.

Overall I liked the freedom...

Liked: I liked the ability to open windows, the lack of supervision and the space for activities.
Disliked: Well there was soap and two towels but nothing else, and I had the lights on or else all the German Cockroaches would have taken over our room completely; I just pray none of them followed me home.

Terrible! Never going back to...

Liked: Terrible customer service, terrible smell of smoke at the entrance, halls and bedrooms. The rooms wore dirty and toilet did not work in one of the 2 rooms we rented. Shower and faucet dripped all night, not allowing us to sleep and of course the odor of the rooms. The floors were so dirty that our shoes would stick to it. Nobody at the front desk to help look for another room, or help us cancel the reservation. I called booking and the attendee hang up on me after I said I wanted to cancel the reservation. I would like to request a refund for my money. Please share this on Booking.com so other people can see this information, and not ruin their vacation and waste their money.
Disliked: Everything, but the location.

Absolutely disgusting. Avoid this nightmare.

Liked: Nothing. I would zero stars and highly recommend avoiding unless you want a dirty room and cockroaches. I liked that the manager refunded us after only being there a few minutes and apologized.
Disliked: The room was dirty. Lipstick kissing on the wall by bed, dirty unknown brown mark on sheets uncovers found after seeing cockroaches moving on bed and night stand. Crock roaches running on the counter, too. 100% is not family friendly, I'm 100% convinced while waiting for the manager. There is illegal activity occurring with sex trafficking or prostitution in that building. The room smelled so bad, the lobby smelled so bad, the hallways too. All different bad smells. I disliked the whole place. This location is very unsafe and very questionable. Every party member will need to show ID when staying at the hot . When we checked in, the manager allowed someone in without checking or asking to copy ID t was visiting a "friend" that had no reservation, which was an oddly questionable exchange.
