Liked: Location to airport and price
Disliked: When we arrived at 6 pm to check in, the place looked very sketchy. Older cars parked in lot with windows broke out people standing around looking like they were up to no good one car up on a jack like someone had been working on it and left. Very bad feeling right from the start, not to mention the two city cops that were parked by the entrance we were thinking what kind of place did we book? Anyway we were only going to be there for a short stay as we had to be at the airport by 4am. So, against my better judgment, I continued to the entrance and had a short conversation with the two police officers that were there. They did say that they would not recommend this place even for a short stay and suggested the hotels north of the interstate. As I was talking with them, my wife and granddaughter who were in our car checking Google reviews on the place and getting more and more concerned with what they saw and wanting to just leave. By this time, it was already 6:30. When I tried to cancel my reservation, the website said no refunds after 6, so reluctantly, I was still going to stay walked into the lobby, which smelled horrible and was dirty. But no one was there waited about 5 minutes and left. Seems this is the norm here according to other reviews. It's sad this place is a dump!!! Guess I will have to see if booking.com will do anything.

Liked: Location to airport was close and convenient
Disliked: At a late check in 1115 pm.Waited 30 minutes for a night attendant. After 3 calls to customer svc.Room 329 has actual Mold on the exterior surface of the refrigerator. Door to bathroom has physical damage, appears to be a punch indent.I have stayed at many Extended State facilities over the years.Usually clean and responsive.This facility was Not either.

Good enough to get by...

Liked: Room was big and had lots of space for storage! Great price and a good place to stay when money is tight.
Disliked: We have found several roaches, the cabinets smell of mold/water damage, and the beds were very basic and uncomfortable.

Bad

Thankfully a very short stay.

Liked: The price was the honestly the only good thing.
Disliked: The machine that programs keys wasn’t working so my key was made at my room door so I could not leave and reenter the hotel without a hassle because it did not work on the hotel door. Bed was uncomfortable, room and hotel in general was dated and felt dirty, lobby hours made check in and check out difficult.

Disliked: Hallways stink like cat pee and elevators smell like cigarettes
