Disappointing

Liked: I loved the location , everything is close by but will not stay here again.
Disliked: The check in process was a hassle as I requested late check in coming from the Disney Parks and upon arrival no one was at the front desk. Had to call staff through phone in lobby and it took a while to get a hold of her. Once she came down she was very friendly and got me up to my room right away. However the elevators were broken and the room was on third floor. So taking everything up was not fun. Was disappointed and did not feel safe when I arrived to my room and the door would not lock you could push it right open. Had to go back down the stairs to request a room change and then back up the stairs with all my stuff again to the fourth floor where I was finally able to settle in. The hallways and stairs smelled like pet urine so not pleasant at all. There were pubic hairs in the shower. The comfort of the bed was ok. Overall the stay wasn't horrible and great price however I do not see myself staying here again.

Disliked: The fact that I couldn't find anyone to change my sheets .there was blood on my sheets just got there .got the room and the bed sheets were used and with blood the bed was falling apart also
