Liked: The lady at the front that ran the place was awesome she was helpful informational and she was kind she helped us figure out how to extend our stay while I was at work and had no way to get there she walked me thru everything and never acted aggravated or bothered by us and my many calls and questions she handled the whole place well and we want her to be recognized for the great employee that she is as is the young polite gentleman who was there on the days and had such a good sweet personality and made me keys several times cause I have an issue with leaving them in the room or demagnatizing them lol so thank you for a nice 4 day stay my husband and I will be back in the future .
Disliked: The beds were like cheap and hardly no bedding and very little towels also the hardwood floors are nice but get to messy cold and not comfy. But it was clean and fresh painted it was OK all in all

Liked: Nothing. The property was filthy and the staff was inadequate. This property needs a complete overhaul or tear down. There is no in between. Needless to say, the walls are thin so I heard everything from each room around. The location in proximity to the highway was deplorable;e at best and I felt is if I needed to leave as soon as I woke up at 5 am just out of pure disdain for the area and the property. I made a mistake in booking this. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
Disliked: Everything was dirty, outdated and just plain grungy. The shower had used washcloths from the previous guest and the refrigerator has milk and a bottle of coke as well. This property has not been maiontained and as I said, Either demolish it or put some money in it. It is an eyesore and should be cleaned up or destroyed. It was my fault for even pulling into the parking lot. I take full blame but jeeez, have some pride!!!!

Disliked: Staff was rude by getting into verbal arguments with guests on several occasions I've observed. The environment had different druggies around it at all time, including the staff. Lastly,the staff changed rules at the facility daily.

Liked: Nothing. Very bad experience ever we had.
Disliked: No towels. no soap. No shampoo. No tissues. Nothing was arranged and they are charging $2 per towel requested, which was shocking to me and my brain went crazy hearing that hotel is charging money for towels.
