Extended Stay America Select Suites - Ogden

It was good, except for...

Liked: Check in clerk was nice and knowledgeable. Place was fine, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Wanted to stay an extra night and the front desk “general manager “ was rude and condescending. Seemed it was beyond her capabilities to handle the task. When I asked her why she couldn’t use the same information from the previous night (license plate, car model, credit card) that’s when she informed me she was the “general manager” and that’s the way it was. If she had been pleasant, we would have complied and stayed. But because of her unprofessional attitude, we left. As an aside, while I was waiting to be helped, she was having a loud disagreement with another employee, not caring who was within earshot. Maybe she was having a bad day or perhaps that’s how she deals with everyone consistently.

Liked: I liked the location close to all the places I needed to be at.
Disliked: I didn't like that the first floor smelled like weed but the fourth floor was good

Perfectly fine for a quick...

Liked: Comfortable room.
Disliked: Extended Stay places cater to long term residents so it's more of an apartment feel, vs. an overnight stay crowd.

Liked: The night clerk was super Awesome. Very helpful friendly and amazing talent. You guys got a steal on that one.
Disliked: There should be breakfast offered. More vending machines.
