Liked: Easy access.
Disliked: No ice not very comfortable beds

Disliked: Tv didn’t work, shower smelled when showering, bed was tiny as !@?!’,,check in took forever for someone to come to the desk, went to the lobby and some guy was on the phone with pants around his knees…. We left and never looked back after the first night and nobody would answer the phone to let them know we wouldn’t be back.

Liked: After your night manager basically assaulted my fiancée, & myself with hatred & disrespect.ultimately leading to my fiancée being thrown out because someone stole her purse with her i.d.
Disliked: Only a refund would have made it better.

Don’t show up after hours

Liked: There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room
Disliked: We got there 10:30 pm no one in office have to call- I called from phone in lobby, 20 minutes, nothing- finally called customer service, they made a call , another 20 minutes, someone shows up , no urgency, no apology, and then charges me $30 pet fee… we aren’t even there 8 hours! I would have gone to motel 6 across street but I had prepaid unfortunately
