Liked: It was very clean!! Very peaceful! Staff was very helpful, when we extended our stay longer, let us stay in the same room!
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like was the bed had a huge dip in it! Absolutely killed my back but other than that there wasn’t anything to dislike!

Liked: It was in a great location.
Disliked: I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. From the moment I walked in, I was hit with a foul, musty odor that lingered throughout the entire building. It was clear the place hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time.The room itself was filthy— unclean floors, grime in the bathroom, and worst of all, I found bugs crawling near the bed and in the corners of the room. It was revolting and made it impossible to feel comfortable or safe.To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly unhelpful and borderline rude. When I brought up the issues, I was met with indifference and even eye-rolling. No apology, no offer to move rooms, nothing. It’s clear they’ve given up on even pretending to care about guest experience.This place should not be allowed to operate in its current condition. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away.

Liked: The area
Disliked: The bed sheets were not clean. Front desk was rude and unprofessional. Since no one was at the front desk, I had to wait 15-20 minutes to be checked in. When I finally got checked in, the tv did not work and when I called to the front desk person to inquire about this issue, she literally said okay and hung up in my face. I had to go back to the front desk to see what the issue was and she blankly said oh I’m sending somebody to fix it. Mindfully, the front desk clerk was talking loudly on the phone and heard me come to the front desk. It took her an additional 10 minutes to even come to the front desk and she was standing right behind the opening by the front desk so I know for sure she heard me and saw me walk down there. I would not stay here!
