Liked: Location was decent
Disliked: Shockingly dated and beat. Old key cards that demagnetize when placed by your phone. WiFi didn’t work reliably in the room. No ice machine. No soap or coffee in the rooms. Pillows were nonexistent pancakes. Just a dump. Definitely worth the extra $20 to stay elsewhere.

Disliked: My room smelled funny. Burn marks in the bathroom. They used to offer a weak breakfast (oatmeal, coffee, and nutrigrajn bars), now they offer nothing. There's not someone always working anymore. The place used to be decent, seems to be going downhill

My soso experience.

Liked: I really like the location of the hote, staff was super friendly and helpful. I also really like how big the rooms are!
Disliked: Upon entering the hotel I noticed a little bit of a weed smell but I can deal with that. What really upset me I had found 2 cockroaches one in my bathroom and one on the outside of my room.

Adequate accommodation.

Disliked: No dishes in the mini-kitchen, no Kleenex, no back up toilet paper ( only 1/4 full), mattress high in middle & low on sides

Liked: The best part was the woman checking us is. Very nice.
Disliked: Extra blankets for the bed would have been nice. Letting us know that we would have to provide everything to be able to cook and eat our meals and wash up after. No mention in the information that I saw. The hallway was not vacuumed the whole time we were there. Mud sat on carpet since we arrived on Sunday and left on Thursday.

Disliked: They didn’t have a complementary breakfast and on the site when I booked it said complementary breakfast

Not a glamorous hotel, but...

Liked: Dog Friendly and quiet, nice grass area, quite convenient. The accessible shower was fine.
Disliked: The room was very stuffy, I wasn’t 100% sure if it smelled like stale cigarette smoke or faintly of mold.

Liked: The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and check in was very easy. That where the good stopped.
Disliked: The whole building smelled of smoke. There was no breakfast like advertised, there was no toiletries with the exception of one bar of soap. The ceiling fan had dust hanging from it and no shade to cover the light. There was no coffee in lobby and no coffee pot in the rooms. This is probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed and because of this experience I will never book another room at one of these chains. This is the first bad review I have ever given any stay I have ever had. They would be better off closing the doors
