Disliked: Seriously, I can’t understand how anyone could vote this place higher than a one. The floor obviously hadn’t been swept in weeks and was gritty. In fact when I stepped in the shower, I left black footprints in it. There was broken glass on the kitchen floor. The AC smelled like mildew, the bed looked like a rollaway on a wood platform. It was humped in the middle and low on either side; my husband and I kept rolling off the sides and we’re not big people. The remote and table was grimy. There was a cockroach in one of the kitchen drawers. The refrigerator shelves were sticky. The hallways were absolutely filthy with bits of garbage in the carpet was literally black up the center. A man sat and smoked marijuana on the curb opposite of our window… And it kept getting sucked into the AC vent. When I called down to see if there was another room we could switch to…..Staff may have already left because no one answered. I used my cell phone because I didn’t want to get charged for a local call! There’s a big sign on the phone about it. The next morning I was at the desk at promptly 9 AM to drop off my keys and let them know about the problems. No one opened the shutter window, but I could hear two men talking. Because I had to drive another nine hours. I didn’t want to stand there or bang on the window so I slid my keys under the metal shutter and left. This place is not a hotel but a short term living situation for a lot of down on their lock folks from Memphis. I wish I’d taken pictures but I’d just driven 900 miles and was tired. Corporate needs to do some spontaneous checks of this property and look at the rooms in detail. It’s disgusting. Do not stay there.
