ROACH INFESTED DO NOT WASTE...
Disliked: Wasn't there an hour before roaches starting coming out from EVERYWHERE, Called after hours support and showed them all the dead roaches and was told i couldn't move until next day. Was up until 4am killing roaches VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Had a few throw blankets in the car had to lay across bed for kid to sleep. Hung bags on rack so nothen was on the floor. Next morning had to take matters into my own hands and contact booking.com 5 times b4 I was giving a new room key for another floor which also had roaches crawling in cabinets while just walking in door. Then given a 3rd key and still found roaches on 4th floor. Hadnt showered or barely slept & Spent HOURS with my car running kid in car going back and forth with front desk and support Caleed a total of 12 times for a refund which I've yet to recieve a confirmation for. And was only offered half my money for 2 nights which is totally INSANE because we didnt even stay a full day I have NEVER in my life seen roaches in a Hotel. YOUR BETTER OFF GOING ANYWHERE else unless you can sleep with critters.

People were friendly but bring...
Liked: The staff was super friendly. They were very accommodating to our dog, which is the reason we stayed here.
Disliked: The room claimed that it had a “full kitchen“. It did have a two burner cooktop, a refrigerator, and a tiny microwave, but it did not have a single pot, pan, dish, silverware, or utensils of any kind. There were two disposable plastic cups provided. Silverware sets and pan sets were available for sale at the front desk. Felt a bit like picking up a rental car and finding out you needed to buy your own tires.

Disliked: This place was horrible! When entering the room, I was greeted by a foul odor, and after turning on the lights, there were cockroaches crawling around the middle of the floor. I was forced to sleep in the car with my children until I was able to find availability somewhere else. I am currently trying to get a full refund, however, Booking is having an issue with the property responding. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Liked: That it was off a main road
Disliked: Soon as I walked in the smell was horrible throughout the whole lobby the smell was horrible in the halls as well like mold. I booked a suite with a queen bed and a sofa when I got to the room it was an old outdated room with just mattress on metal frame the clock was flashing behind the table was a white powder on floor there was no sofa I went to front desk and told them this is not what I booked and paid for she said the photo on booking are not real and they don’t have sofás in room with that I left immediately I couldn’t deal with look fOf the room and smell she said she gave me a refund I have yet to get it

Disappointing
Liked: The room was ready when I arrived. The hotel was quiet and I was not disturbed. The room was pretty clean when I got there- more on that later- the bed was comfortable, the fridge and freezer worked well.
Disliked: The listing said the room included a tea/coffee maker. It didn't. It was EXCEPTIONALLY humid in the entire building, and the halls were not well air conditioned which made it impossible to control the humidity in my room. This lead to everything [floor, bedding, counters, etc] constantly feeling slightly damp and sticky. Due to the moisture there was mold growing in multiple places. It took a day and a half for my bath towels to dry. It was SO uncomfortable the entire stay. I also had an issue where I got locked out of my room - I went to the front desk and without even looking at my account they told me I was "due to pay". I paid my entire stay at the time of booking. They tried to argue that they only charged me for 1 week at check in, I pointed out that they didnt charge me ANYTHING at check in, because I prepaid weeks before my stay. When they finally looked at my account, they realized I HAD prepaid and didnt owe anything and they reactivated my key. While it was a quick fix, it was pretty irritating to show up after working ALL DAY to be locked out of my room and have to argue that I had already paid for my stay!!! I cant believe they dont verify that before locking guests out.
