It could of been better!

Liked: The lady at the front desk was very helpful, and Greeted.us with a smile!
Disliked: The bed we had Squeaked., reminded me of a bed you pulled out of a couch!, bathroom flooring coming up and missing pieces, kitchen dated...dented up fridge! The price not the highest but not the cheapest was just hoping for are stay to been a little nicer!

Liked: The staff was pleasant, I was a bit surprised after 14 that I couldn't get clean towels. I stayed at the hotel for 30 days and wasn't provided clean towels or bedding. I was told there would be a cost associated that wasn't disclosed at the time of check-in. I also obtained a ghosted additional $568 that appeared to be charged by the hotel, but their system said something totally different, which is still unresolved, pending resolution. The hallways stunk of cigarette and Marijuana smell. The staircase was nasty, and the only time management or room service came around is when they needed to collect payment, and they were Jhonny on the spot for collection. Overall this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I was very disappointed.

It sucked

Disliked: No hot water. Upon check in nothing was disclosed about any kind of water issues. After getting settled in, went to take a shower and there was no hot water. We called the office and they stated that some facilities have hot water and some don’t. They didn’t have any other rooms to switch to and they said a refund was not an option. I will never stay nor recommend this place to anyone. I’m pretty simple but hot water is a big thing for me. And it should’ve been discussed at check in.
