Liked: Friendliness of evening staff when I checked in
Disliked: There wasn’t anyone available to get a paper receipt from when I departed at 8am and was told by a resident that no one would be there until 10am.

Exceptional

Like family

Liked: The staff is always so friendly and even when things are hectic they always have smiles on their faces and speak to you. The whole staff makes me feel at home and very comfortable in my extended stay period. I will definitely come back when I need a place to stay. The manger is running a tight ship and her employees are wonderful. They have also turned around with the cleaning process they try hard to keep things as clean and smelling good as possible.
