Liked: Absolutely nothing!
Disliked: Everything. It was the most ghetto set up I've ever seen . Absolutely no staff in the building early morning late nights . Drug deals going on outside . People hanging out everywhere . It was quickly deemed unsafe for my family . The craziest part ? I only needed to put my girls in a hotel room while something was being done to our home . Therefore the room would have only been needed for the duration of my work day and then we would have went home . I picked up the phone dialed the 500 # to try and check in and quickly determined by my surroundings as well as the hassle I was going to need to go through with there being no staff present that it wasn't for us . I went to a hotel by the Marriott right up the street . The price most significantly higher but due to that there was zero chance of attracting the same types of people .

Disliked: This was the most disappointing and disgusting place I have stayed in my life! Not only did they false advertise, stating that they were fully functional kitchens, fully stocked, and that the room included a hairdryer, which none of that was true. The bed was hard as a rock. The floor was sticky and nasty. The shower curtain was stain and had pen markings all over it. The hallway smelled like marijuana all the time my room had a weird, nasty, moldy smell. There was black mold growing in the bathroom. I stayed there for 18 days and only got my room cleaned once and I had to ask for it, I had to pay extra for another towel. I had to pay extra to get pots and pans. I had to pay extra to get an extra roll of toilet paper because they expected me to use one towel and one roll of toilet paper for 18 days with two people. There was no coffee pot in the room. I had to go buy a coffee pot. I had to go buy a pillow because the pillows on the bed were flat. The bathroom door did not close all the way or lock the thing that annoyed me. The most was that I had to pay for trash bags and I had to take out my own trash for $2200 for 18 days. I would have expected better service the front desk girls acted like there was nothing that they could do and that this was just the way it was.

Disliked: We didn't stay because I had 3 pets and the policy only allowed 2. The limit on pets should be stated on the website to keep this from happening to someone else. My reservation was canceled.
