Liked: Location was good, it was the south side of town near the university. It was near some nice places to eat and off the main roads.
Disliked: Card reader at back and side doors didn’t work properly, had to swipe several times to open the side door, the back door didn’t work at all! The room wasn’t cleaned properly, old microwave, feces on the bathroom floor, smoke detector was hanging on the wall, tub drain had something weird in it, etc.

Liked: When we arrived at the hotel, the gentleman indicated that they had over booked us, so we were not able to stay at the hotel. Would like a full refund, credit card is under my husband Rodney G Pratz. He can be reached at 575-544-1659 and his email address is [email protected]. I hope this gets resolved soon.
Disliked: Did not stay at the hotel, because they had over booked us. There were a lot of people that were turn away because of the issues. I hope this does happen again. Had to drive back home instead of staying in Las Cruces.

Don't bother staying here.

Liked: The room came with a full size refrigerator. There were plenty of electrical plugs in the room. There was an elevator.
Disliked: The place was dirty. There was grit on the floor when we arrived. Trash in the hallways that was there when we arrived was still there when we left 2 days later. Outside doors did not always open with the room key. Internet was terrible. If you could get it to connect it would immediately disconnect.
