Horrible staff horrible location do...

Liked: The room was kinda clean
Disliked: Was not even there 2 hours before watching the manager yell and cuss another guest out for asking for some extra towels. Told the other lady at the front desk we would be checking out due to my wife feeling uncomfortable staying there after the scene made. She informed me she would take care of the refund so I didn’t have to pay the cancellation fee. Days later they still haven’t taken care of it. When I called they put me on hold which I stayed for over 15 minutes. Called back and they do not pick up. Very unprofessional

Liked: The General manager Lipisa was so helpful and and understanding. Thanks to her I truly enjoyed my stay.
Disliked: The front desk staff Larry was rude. He put me in a dirty room. Housekeeping transferred me to a different room in which I could not stay in due to the horrific cat smell. When I asked Larry to change the room he said this is going to be the last time. I told him the last 2 rooms you sent me to where unacceptable. He also told me if I took the chair out of the room I would be fined $100. They don't provide a seating area for you to smoke. The next day a few other guest and I were standing in the front smoking and Larry took the mat from inside of the hotel and began to shake the debrii off of the rug where we were standing at. It went flying everywhere. I couldn't believe it. Then he is going to say you should of moved back. The audacity of this man.

Liked: I came to the property on Saturday without a reservation yet, I was fortunate to have Larry help me make a reservation, he found me a room quickly, even helped me load and carry all of my belongings. He was extremely kind and professional made it very easy. I highly recommend him, property is very nice and super clean.

Staff was nice besides the...

Liked: It was close to the hospital my mother was at
Disliked: the assistant manager was so rude and arrogant made the entire stay unpleasant.
