Liked: Very kind Staff! The room was ok and clean but needs some maintenance. The drain in the bathroom sink was clogged and the bed frame was very loose.

Sparce but manageable.

Liked: Housekeeping was very friendly and cleaned thoroughly.
Disliked: There was no lobby or place to work outside of your small room. We were greeted by a resident who had lived there for two years and told us ‘this hotel has roaches’ but she did offer ‘to share her peppermint spray which kills them’. Thankfully, we were on the top floor & didn’t see one. When we were cold, the heater didn’t work and management said they had no blankets. There was a kitchenette but nothing in the drawers or cupboards.

Liked: Was able to book an inexpensive room with short notice. Amanda at desk was helpful and friendly....had to bring me a remote as there was none in the room on arrival...took only about 5 minutes to help out...
Disliked: Lack of a blanket in room. Had to set overall temp fairly high to be comfortable.
