Out of control

Disliked: There were young men and women hanging out in the parking lot drinking beer and firing off fireworks my partner was parking the car while i went inside to claim my reservation not knowing that my partner had asked them to please stop firing them off becauce the flame and debris from them was close to our car .they ignored his request and continued setting off the fireworks he entered lobby frantic that they would not stop.their were some other people in the lobby that were with the people who were parting outside with the others and my partner had a few words for them and the partyers started a scene the two desk clerks said if they were setting offf fireworks they would have heard them these fireworks did not bang when light they made a swooshing sound there was no security to control the cituation but just these two desk clerks who sided with group of young partyers and asked to leave with out registring for a room but was charged for two nights when i only had reserved a room for 1 night .i also had a third person with me who was being man handle by the guests outside and was told to leave by them i have never seen such bias sided coversation telling us that there no firework being used on the property even other guests outside saw the neither desk clerk could care less and disregarded what we had to say and repedly told us we had to leave on top of it i was charged twice for a room i never got

Disliked: staff isn't friendly seems like they hate their job not a big deal they still were professional just not friendly. i walked in my room after checkin and there were roaches crawling on the walls i turned around checked right out and found somewhere else to stay. they need a building wide extermination, if the roaches are comfortable just being out the infestation must be bad.

Liked: Zero. A roach motel.
Disliked: This place had so many roaches in the rooms it was unreal. We had asked for a different room, but the manager in duty said she didn't have that authority. We went to another hotel for our remaining stay. Stay away from this roach motel..it's literally that. Management was zero help.

Disliked: . There wasn’t a heads up, or notice of when was the deadline to check in was. We traveled 16hrs just to make it get ignored. When we’re trying it check in. They don’t want to work with you or attempt to give you your refund back. Bad experience.

Great, exactly as described

Liked: Exactly as described, only a hiccup with the alarm in the room but afterwards no issue.
Disliked: Fire alarm went off for 30 seconds, I ran out of the shower, but no further issues
