Liked: Zero. A roach motel.
Disliked: This place had so many roaches in the rooms it was unreal. We had asked for a different room, but the manager in duty said she didn't have that authority. We went to another hotel for our remaining stay. Stay away from this roach motel..it's literally that. Management was zero help.

Disliked: . There wasn’t a heads up, or notice of when was the deadline to check in was. We traveled 16hrs just to make it get ignored. When we’re trying it check in. They don’t want to work with you or attempt to give you your refund back. Bad experience.

Great, exactly as described

Liked: Exactly as described, only a hiccup with the alarm in the room but afterwards no issue.
Disliked: Fire alarm went off for 30 seconds, I ran out of the shower, but no further issues

Disliked: The customer service was horrible !

No AC home 🥹

Liked: Excellent location, personnel at front desk were polite and made registration & payment fast..
Disliked: Facilities should have a handicap equipments such as wheelchair or walker. Lack of bench or chair at the entrance makes way more difficult for handicapped person to register at front desk.
