The worst ESA in america!

Liked: The location
Disliked: The staff. The cleanliness, the rodents, the bad smells, the whole establishment is just ghetto. The bed was hard, felt like cardboard.

I wouldn't stay here

Liked: I didn't like anything at this location.
Disliked: Well where to start first off they allow smoking on the 3rd floor and the whole place smelled horribly of smoke. Then the room wasn't clean when we got into it then we found the room had roaches. I could go on but I think you get the drift it was a horrible stay!!

Go elsewhere, managed by unprofessional...

Liked: The location is close to lots of shopping malls and food stores.
Disliked: The staff is unprofessional and rude.They discuss the guests' personal life situations right in front of other guests. The place has roaches. The 4th floor recks of urine. All the manager will say is " Oh it stinks up here" The housekeeping staff refuses to clean properly. Only the first floor is somewhat clean, every other floor is disgusting. "Keisha", the manager which is obviously the reason this place is in such horrible condition. This girl will cancel your reservations without a reasonable change. She also will not communicate the change at all until your at the front desk wondering " What happened to my reservation "? No one wears uniform expect the bald guy, so you never really knows who works there or not. I went to extend my stay for the room that I was currently in, just to be told that my reservation was cancel because it was for a queen bed room and I was in a room with a full bed. I couldn't wrap my head around why I couldn't just extend my stay for the room that I was currently in. When initially I booked a double bed room and was told that the person currently in there was extending. Okay so why couldn't I have done the same thing if I made a reservation for a room with a bigger bed? This place is in desperate need of new management. I will be reaching out to corporate regarding this establishment. All in all not the place for a short term stay. Visit a Extended Stay that requires a deposit, you'll get treated better.

Get what you pay for......

Liked: Cheap prices I guess
Disliked: The multiple roaches in the room and had to call front desk since no one was at check in location wasn't able to check out after roaches were found called in the morning said they would cancel/refund but then booking states they never got a response to cancelled stay due to roaches :(

Ugly and disgusting

Liked: Dirty floors bugs everywhere
Disliked: To much trah everywhere

Checked in, front door broken...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Checked in, front door broken had to use fore escape to see room. Room was not clean and furnishings were old. Freeway noise was terrible and neighbors were yelling. Returned to front desk, canceled the room and they apologized and said they refunded my money. They never did so I had to dispute this with my credit card company.

The Worst ESA

Liked: The location of the hotel. Lots of food and other shopping options near by. The bathroom tub was functional. Hot water was nice and hot at all times.
Disliked: The staff is very suspect. There wasn't a housekeeper around for nearly a week. Despite leaving linen outside of door for housekeeping to pick up, no one ever told me that I'd have to bring my linen and towels down to the front desk to exchange for clean towels and linen and if any of it is stained slightly, youll have to wash it on your own. No cable or satelliteTV to watch. Just a YouTube app on tv. My room was dirty upon entry on the first day. Floors were dirty, bathroom dirty and no tissue. The floors were super slippery as if someone had just recently sprayed something down so when i went to wipe it up a bit, up came dirt. The floor appeared to have been clean but obviously wasn't. The stove top doesn't get very hot to cook. The hallway smelled of urine everyday. No seating area to smoke.
