Place needs a major overhaul.

Liked: Location and staff.
Disliked: Smelly and unclean. HVAC Filters dirty. Paint in the tubs coming off. Furniture old and damaged.

Liked: That i had a place to sleep, although not feeling safe kinda hurt that score.
Disliked: The place was incredibly dirty and very much felt unsafe as a family as we witnessed domestic violence in the parking lot, had someone screaming about fighting and swearing through the halls at 11pm, and besides the ants and overall dirty appearance, the kicker was the pile of ash in the corner by the window of my NON-smoking room.Do not recommend.... the price point seems intriguing but I promise the extra 30 bucks is well spent other places.

Worst Extended Stay America I...

Liked: It was one of the only rooms available at the time in the area I needed to be in. I have stayed at other Extended Stay America hotels with a much better experience than this one.
Disliked: I have stayed at Extended Stay America hotels all along the East Coast. This is the worst one I have ever stayed in. There were no dishes or cooking pot and pans. I only found on their website after check-in that you could purchase the use of these items however they did not have any even for purchase. There was no coffee or cleaning supplies in the room or lobby. The booking website said they were provided. They gave you a flyer when you checked-in stating that if you did not take out your own trash you would be at risk of additional charges. People still left trash in the halls and in front of the elevators for all to see when they arrived. It was not cleaned up until the next afternoon.Update to my review: I just realized that they charged me $3.98 per day for THE SHEETS ON THE BED!!! I called to question why and they said that they charge that amount wither or not you get clean sheets each day. They did refund me $1.99 because they said it was an error to charge the $3.98 on the second day because I did not get new clean sheets on the second day.
