Place needs a major overhaul.
Liked: Location and staff.
Disliked: Smelly and unclean. HVAC Filters dirty. Paint in the tubs coming off. Furniture old and damaged.

Not the best stay just...
Liked: Size of room
Disliked: It was a rough start room was not clean and no linen on beds in first room. Moved to another room. Hard to get towels, and then find out when checking out your charged a linen fee. REALLY. Staff was okay, but in complaint it was always, “it comes from corporate not me.”. We haven’t received our 100 dollar deposit, and we checked out on the 13th of July. AC worked great. Kitchen area was fine. Offers breakfast online, but told they haven’t done that since COVID. False advertisement . The ceiling was leaking in lobby from second floor bathroom. I was not pleased with 85% of the stay. I will never stay there again. Hall smelled of weed the entire stay. Morning, noon, and night.

Disliked: I was told the office was closed and couldn’t check in or receive a refund. I tried canceling online but the website was having issues and wasn’t allowing me to. The picture of the hotel does not look like this.

Should have been a $30...
Liked: The desk receptionist was outgoing, helpful and knowledgeable. Best part of this place. It was within 5 minutes of Clear Choice Dental
Disliked: The room floor was dirty and gritty. The toilet would not flush. Someone was working until midnight throwing objects into a metal trash can. Noisy!

Disliked: Hidden daily cost for sheets. Drug activity out back all night. Doors are not secured. Loud people and doors slamming throughout the night.

Would not recommend definitely book...
Liked: Fairly decent location
Disliked: Front desk, workers not welcoming, walk past several times and had to wait to even check in for about 10 minutes. During check-in, I booked through Booking.com and they charge me for the room and $100 hold fee for Booking.com that should’ve never been charged which was then charged and still a month out fighting with them to get my money back.Facility dirty uncapped , a room was uncomfortable bathroom, dirty showers and tub disgusting caked with mildew. TV and Internet, not working had to unplug and plug the TV back in. In bed, very uncomfortable.
