Extended Stay America Select Suites - Jackson - North

It was awful. There were dead roaches all over the kitchen floor and no toilet paper. We told this to the receptionist the next morning and she said they would reimburse us for the room and they did. I don't think we will ever stay at an Extended Stay America hotel again. It was terrible.

Liked: I liked the location and the price
Disliked: I did not have a remote for the TV, my entire stay. I was told to download a universal remote. The AC was blowing up the curtain so I had to place a weight on the curtain. My iron leaked and I had to take the towels down to get new ones. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience.

Disliked: I scheduled a reservation & arrived at 9:15 pm for my reservation. The office was already closed upon arrival. I called the number they had listed on the door. They answered & let me know that they are booked up for the night even though I had a Reservation. They claimed that the Reservations are first come first serve & they no longer had a room available for my reservation. I never stayed at this location & I am requesting a full refund please
