Liked: It has availability.
Disliked: The kitchen was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. The towels were dirty. The sheets were dirty. I had to shower without towels. There is no one at the front desk after 11 and before 10a (when I left).

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: Very noisy location. Lots of people just wandering around the back of the hotel. Several fights broke out while we were there. Very unsavory situation.

Liked: There was absolutely nothing to like!!!!
Disliked: The room had roaches crawling across the counter! We didn't end up staying there and the clerk assured me I wouldn't be charged but I was and now I am fighting to get my money back! The clerk and GM were rude and unprofessional!!!

Liked: There was no breakfast offered. Location was ok.
Disliked: Staff could be at front desk more.

Liked: Had to put a towel in the door. Behind the hinges. The door was completely off. And the room wasn't updated. Everything was old

I will not encourage anyone...

Liked: I did not like anything about this facility. I have stayed at several of Extended Stay America, but this one was very different. I wanted to change location or cancel, but I was informed that it will take 14 days for me to get my refund.
Disliked: I got to the facility at 9:45 pm. When I got there the black lady who met there said that the front desk closes at 10Pm, but she usually leaves at 9:30pm. When I got there, I met her arguing with some people for them wasting her time. I told her that I was there to check in. She said that I have to call the overnight phone number. When I called, the phone was right next to her. At that time, it was now 2 minutes to 10pm. she said that I have to go and come back the next day. Within that time another lady walked in. She offered to check all of us in. Which she did. The next morning, I requested for clean towels, I was informed it will Cost $12.50 to exchange the towels. So, I decided to go and purchase my own towels. I later informed her that this is not my first time staying at Extended Stay America. To my Suprise she said, "This Extended Stay is different from all the other places you have been". I later agreed with her. Even though they said, "no smoking", but people were smoking in the hallways on the third floor where I was staying. They were smoking both cigarette, and marijuana. in conclusions, this particular Extended Stay needs new management, or personnel. I will not recommend it to anyone.
