Great until checkout.

Liked: The room is very convenient and MOST of the staff is very pleasant.
Disliked: As I was packing my child and items for checkout, There was one male staff member (front desk attendant ) that stood IN the kitchen berating me that I needed to hurry up. Literally elevated in voice and temperament and talking with his hands. He has long hair and a crooked eye. I don’t remember his name thank goodness. He definitely made this stay traumatic for my 4 year old and I. Luckily there was a nice male housekeeper who asked me if he could assist me with any of my packing as I was being yelled at. At which point the front desk attendant began to walk behind him to help grab my items. When I told him do not touch my items after yelling in front of my child he argued that more hands will make things go faster. No one should have to go through this. At any hotel. It’s a shame how badly he stained this establishment with his behavior.

I would never stay there...

Liked: There was nothing I like about the property. It has a Old when you walk in. It was not cleaning when I got to my second floor to my room. It smell like mildew. You had no dishes in the kitchen in your room. You only had two towels I was not pleased at all, I would like a full refund on that room
Disliked: There was nothing I like I got to the hotel room late around 1130 12 o’clock and you had two guys standing at the door. I have my own hotel key. They let me in. I did not like that. I did not feel safe. I was not comfortable. I did not sleep all that night.

Disliked: The minute you walk in all you could smell was marijuana from the lobby/front desk, my children & other children were exposed to this. The first room we arrived to had a leak in the ceiling, they gave us a different one without hesitation. First night fire trucks arrived, we were not informed why. They did not send any notifications that the rooms would no longer be equipped with anything listed in the description or that they were stopping breakfast the week of our arrival. No staff available without calling someone during the overnight. lesson learned to never stay again.
