We don't know what the smell in our room was, but it must have been known because a strong air freshener was in the room, which caused two horrible smells instead of one.

Liked: The price.
Disliked: The bad smell in the room was almost unbearable.

Liked: The front desk attendee was the absolute nicest woman I’ve had the pleasure of meeting during a hotel check in. We had travelled 8 hours and she managed to find us a room to check in early

Disliked: They called to cancel my booking the night before my arrival because they overbooked specifically because a guest wanted to extend their stay, I asked to speak to a manager, then the rude front desk associate said they were going to keep my reservation at that point. The next morning around 9:30 am they call to say that they now only have a single room available with no pullout bed, now how is that ok when I booked for 2 adults and a 13 year old child!? So they cancelled my reservation they day of my arrival to accommodate someone else. The staff is rude and the managers are useless. Better to pay a few more dollars to stay at a reputable hotel! I managed hotels for 10 years and if I overbooked I accommodate the guest at another hotel and my company would cover the difference. This place is ridiculous to cancel on the same day arrival!! And I we traveled from PA to visit our daughter who is at college. Smh

Liked: The front staff were really helpful, especially since I'm disabled, they went out of their way to open doors and get the elevator, I kept having to extend my stay and I always got a call to ask... Thank you!!
