Extended Stay America Select Suites - Gainesville - I-75

Needs to be remodeled and need to have more no smoking room. The outside looks good but the rooms need improvement.

Liked: It was just one night.
Disliked: Not what I expected.

Disappointing

Liked: The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The whole facility was dirty. Room was poorly cleaned and smelled. The clientele was sketchy

Good home away from home

Liked: The location is right by the interstate but surprisingly quiet. You can't really hear the interstate or the hustle and bustle from town either. The rooms are nice and have a small kitchenette with a small stove and a fridge. Me and the Mrs ran away for a weekend for a break and it was a great place to get away from work and recharge. Will definitely return when another break is needed

Disliked: DIRTIEST HOTEL I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED! LITERALLY!!!! I HAD TO GO BUY BLEACH AND SCRUB BRUSHES IN ORDER TO SHOWER OR EVEN USE THE RESTROOM. THEY ALSO DO NOT PROVIDE ANY TYPE OF HAND SOAP OR BODY WASH. THE ONLY "AMENITY" AT THIS DUMP IS A ROLL OF TOILET PAPER!! AND THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO NOT EXPECT YOU TO SMOKE

A nightmare!!

Liked: The front desk staff was very helpful and professional
Disliked: The property is old, the room was dirty you can see the dust on the screen tv, the bathroom was dirty looks like a crime scene on the movies. I paid too much for the value. One day the toilet comes the water out and all the water flood the little kitchen, I went at the front desk and they kindly give me other room but when I go to take a shower the water didn’t drain on the shower, then at night the people on the next room screams and made noise all the night. That was a really nightmare!!!

Liked: Honestly only the staff. The room was absolutely awful.
Disliked: The tub was not cleaned properly, I could see a residue from the previous person taking a bath in the tub. My toilet seat had burn marks and the toilet inside was gross. There was a big Lougee on my window I can go on n on.
