Disliked: Nothing was good. It smelled bad, was dirty, I felt gross being there

Disliked: The roaches, not receiving housekeeping for a month, no new linens or towels, no toilet paper

Liked: I like the area the different places to eat and a place for the kids to go
Disliked: I didn't like the way people that didn't stay there was just hanging around outside smoking drinking and coming in the back door and asking ppl for money and smoking in the hotel it was always smelling like weed cigarettes ... I thought it was a smoke free hotel but all lies the Manger and the assistance smoke out front of the hotel ... I had a no smoke.room but ppl smoke in their rooms and the smell just travels. I had to stay there for a while and the roaches water bugs were really bad .the stairs areas smell like dog pee and sometimes in the elevator... the Manger was nice but just seems not to care much about anything to me I was there 7 months but I'm out of there now... I probably want stay there if i ever needed toagain or send anyone there. , and the price kept changing all the time ... And there are so many drug dealers there the biggest one stay right there on the 1st floor down from the office as soon as you get off the elevator you could smell the weed and smh!! I think the Manger knew and still knows but say nothing because they pay monthly..Oh and people dogs pooped in the hall on the floor and it had to stay there all that night cause there was no one there to get it up! ..They trying to improve but they can't improve the people they have a new district manager and she shaking things up in a good and bad way I just had to leave. They charge you for towels ,I had my own I never use there wash clothes or anything... so no I wouldn't seen anyone there.

Liked: The location
Disliked: The roaches and the fact that housekeeping doesnt take trash or clean, Im 8 months pregnant and been here 19 days my room hasnt been tended to once. As much money as the hotel charges to no have reasonable maintenance or cleaning is preposterous.

Very poor

Liked: Location was good. I did like that the rooms came with small stove and fridge.
Disliked: Rooms were not clean they smelled , and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. Floors were extremely dirty in the room and sticky .Bed was so uncomfortable. The shower dripped water all night and day no matter what you tried to do to get them to shut off. Elevators were down the 2nd day we were there. We had to smell people smoking both legal and non legal stuff. TV was horrible in the first room we were in, and it didn't work properly. the internet wasn't free. If you needed decent internet to work, you had to pay. No coffee pots in rooms. It appeared to be urine down the hall one morning. we got up and watched staff walk by it twice before it got cleaned up.
