Good

Liked: The staff is very nice and kind. We arrived late out of the service time, and there is a phone can reach out them, and the receptionist arrived fast and helped to check in. It is close to the Cape Fear Valley hospital and many restaurants near there.
Disliked: It’s not clean and smells bad when entered. But it is only two stars, so I didn’t have high expectations in the beginning.

Liked: Nothing at all except the fact that the staff was nice and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.
Disliked: The environment, the rooms were ran down, small bathroom, bed bugs,etc

Liked: I didn’t like that the lobby was hard to find with no instructions when pulling into the parking lot then I pulled up and it looked absolutely nothing like the pictures posted to the site and definitely over priced then the lady at front desk gave me the key to another room that someone was already LIVING IN!! Yess could’ve gone horribly wrong but thank god they weren’t in the room at the time and then extremely empty for all the space in the rooms and half the lights didn’t work no soap in the bathroom no breakfast nothing

Liked: Close to hospital where my husband was.
Disliked: Carpets were extremely stained,the room had a very bad order to it. I had to go buy deoderizers just to be able to sleep in room.
