Very poor

Liked: I didn't like anything.
Disliked: The building is neglected. The photos do not represent the reality. The towels are tiny and we only got one towel per person the entire time. There are no sink stoppers and mildew is growing in the pipes. There are section 8 people housed in the hotel, which makes the stay especially uncomfortable.

I was not pleased.

Liked: I was not pleased with my room. The room smelled and the room was not what the description stated. I did not have any other choice so I had to stay there. Kitchen area fridge did not work. Carpet was torn burnt not clean. No chairs. Curtain didn’t close all the way. The staff told me this was a new renovated room. Clearly it wasn’t.

Liked: Staff were pleasant, hot water and shower was nice.
Disliked: One cart for luggage, had to find, found a roach living in the room, bed too hard, no real shower curtain cause water to be all over floor, drapes not hung correctly light in the room, people outside my door can hear conversations clearly, microwave needs a upgrade, carpet needs to be taken up, closet needs covering.chair needs to be trashed.
