Liked: People work there are very nice, but I believe some of the things that went awry were on their control from what they said
Disliked: The kitchen sink leaked water. There is no lightbulbs. If you need an extra towels, you have to pay for them and the quality of people that were saying There also was not at a standard level. Every time I left my room I could smell marijuana being smoked even though it’s a non-smoking facility. The employees try to make our stay nice however things were beyond their control. The price was more expensive than the hotel of the road that have many more amenities and after a certain time I felt like I was in lockdown. They initially even screwed up my debit purchase and had my room switched with somebody else. I specifically had asked for a first floor, disabled room, and I did not get it put on the second floor, even though it was only the second floor I have myself and my travel companion are both disabled with spine and leg disability and I have my son who is 26 years old and is autistic
