Exceptional

I need a refund. I...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: I would like a refund. I got there at 6pm and none of the rooms were ready but I was in a hurry and needed to leave. They didn't give me a room key but took my bag and said someone would help me when I came back later. I was out late and when I returned the door was locked a d no one was at the front desk. I called several times and no one answered. No one told me that they would be closed at a certain time.

Don't stay unless you want...

Liked: Location and the beds were actually comfortable.
Disliked: Room smelled like smoke and worker claimed there were no other rooms to move to. Doesn't serve breakfast. Entryways have dog poop all over on the grass approchments. Doesn't have any shampoo or soaps.

Absolutely horrible place to stay...

Liked: Did not like anything about this place.
Disliked: It smelled awful, there's dogs barking all the time, kids playing soccer in the hallway, there was cockroaches in the room. Asked for a refund and they lady wouldn't talk to me. The stay was for 2 nights but we left after the 1st and they wouldn't refund us for the 2nd night.

Liked: I have no comments regarding the front desk staff I interacted with; the reception process was handled in a standard and professional manner.
Disliked: This is the worst extended-stay hotel I’ve ever stayed at in the U.S.—hands down! The bathroom sink was completely clogged, forcing me to use the kitchen sink instead. It’s impossible for the housekeeping staff not to have noticed this issue. There were exposed wires along the walls and corners of the room. Worst of all, a bug crawled onto the bed, making the entire night uncomfortable.
