Disliked: The room had a huge odor that was unbearable of cigarette smell that lingered all throughout the room that couldn’t sleep in there

It wa a great experience
Liked: The room was just what I needed. The kitchen area was fantastic.
Disliked: My key card had a few issues and I had to go to the desk several times to get it fixed

Bittersweet
Liked: Marissa is very good at her job.... She's friendly, she's good with people, she's professional she's efficient she makes you feel welcome
Disliked: There was a little confusion on my part about the check in time. I was booking my reservations through booking.com and whether it was a week or day to day it always said check in was at 3:00 p.m. . For 2 weeks going into my third week that had not been an issue . Into my third week there was a staff member in management that said that that wasn't correct and that I needed to be in the office by 11:00 a.m. to check out. I was confused because through the platform I was booking with and the other staff members that 3:00 p.m. check in was acceptable. I was told that since I was staying consistently that the 3:00 p.m. check-in didn't apply to me. Well nothing said that anywhere. Booking.com allowed me to book a week at a time with the check-in and a day at a time with the check-in the same time every day. I'm confused as to why I would check out at 11:00 if I was renting day by day just to be back a few hours later. That means that I would have to pack and unpack my stuff everyday. Doesn't make sense to me and I feel that if that is the case it should be made known by the hotel and not let me continue to check in and be there by 3:00 and I feel that the platformbooking.com should give you a cause where if you are booking day today and it registers that you are continuing to book ,which it does, it should let you know that because you are continuing to stay that at that point some things would change and one of those would be the check-in check out time. I had to leave and check out because my daily money came through a transfer/wire and it didn't arrive until sometime between 12:00 and 4:00. When I booked with booking.com I felt like it was perfect because the check-in time was 3:00 p.m. . And as the days went on and turned into a week and then two weeks being able to do this it was quite an inconvenience to have it switch up.

Getting it together
Liked: Location, kitchen, staff oet policy, option of how I want to pay ( daily, weekly or monthly)
Disliked: I came here because I needed some place to be for an indefinite amount of time. I had been here before, years ago. I suppose it made an impression on me because it immediately came to mind when I was deciding where I wanted to go. I am content & feel like I made the right choice.
