Liked: When I arrived everything was great. When I arrived to the room I noticed that there were black long hairs all over the bathroom. And the smell of the room was a little off. But good enough for a work trip. I paid $775 for 3 nights. That included my non-refundable dog deposit. The last night I was there, i would be checking out the next morning but I was considering staying 1 more night. I went down to the desk to grab some clean towels. And a bigger black woman was up there, she said I was just calling you. She said you never paid the pet deposit, I said yes I did I can show you let me go get my phone to show u. Mind u my dogs are service dogs. Then she tells me I am supposed to crate my dogs while I’m there. My dogs have never been crated. Then she says who’s that man with u that was walking the dogs, I said that’s my husband, she said well I need his id also to scan it. Even though he was with me during check in wouldn’t u want it then and not when I’m leaving. After showing her that she was wrong about me not paying my dog deposit, I packed up and left. Not sure if these are ur policies or not but u definitely lost a customer to any of these extended stays again. Act accordingly to how ur facility looks and the traffic going in and out. Money spends everywhere.

Disliked: The internet sucked and wanted you to pay to stream so my daughter couldn’t play her playstation

Only in a bind and...

Liked: This place needs a complete makeover. Elevators don’t work, doors are broken, furniture in the room is worn and broken, could go on and on. Guest don’t take care of the rooms because the place is such a mess.

Building was quiet and safe...

Liked: The managers and staff were amazing
Disliked: Nothing at all I loved everything
