Disliked: No ice,No breakfast deposit takes to long to return ,No front desk staff after 10p.m

The short stay was good...

Liked: The location was great. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The room was big and comfortable.
Disliked: Unfortunately the rooms need some work. The room was not very clean. There was food left in the kitchen cabinets and one of the beds had crumps and bugs.

Wouldn’t go back.

Liked: The location and size of room suites are needs. The lady at the front desk was very nice.
Disliked: Kind of run-down facilityAll entry was thru the front door; the side doors were exit only. While that helps with a sense of security, it makes me wonder why this is needed. My family didn't feel safe. The front desk wasn’t open when we tried to check out at 10 AM. The metal security window at the front desk was still down and locked. Not even a drop box for the room keys. The ice machine is still broken. Though we didn’t use the kitchen, there was nothing in the drawers or cabinets - silverware, cups, plates - nothing. The stopper was missing on the tub. The floor was sticky. The remote batteries in the bedroom were dead. Yes, I could have called down to have some of this addressed, but why should it be that way? It gives the impression of neglect or indifference.

Nice Hotel, Clean rooms, Nice...

Liked: The hotel's safety measures during sleeping hours.
Disliked: The check-in process is excessively time-consuming, only one elevator is operational, there is no public restroom in the waiting area, and breakfast is not provided as advertised online. Additionally, guests are responsible for disposing of their own trash and the hotel does not provide dishes. You will have to pay out of pocket for any dishes and they are relatively expensive.

Disliked: Still haven't received my deposit back they put on my card for 100 . Was no staff... only one entrance after 10. No breakfast.
