Will never stay there again...

Liked: Noting I wouldn't stay there again bad customer service for being a non smoking room and not having pets we had dog hair under the bed and on the blanket and dogs barking all night no rest at all will not recommend no one stay there again.
Disliked: Nothing dirty rooms and specialty customers services and when a person asked for anon smoke room that mean it don't smell like smoke or cigarettes burns in your room and keep pet on a different level so other people can at least sleep

As soon as we walked...

Disliked: As soon as we walked in the lady that checked us in was EXTRA rude. Not a smile, not a Hi, asked for a rest room as we just left our softball tournament and she said they didn't have one. Dogs on every floor that you could hear bark all night and the whole hotel smelt like cigarettes.

Horrible

Liked: The location was good as it was close to the ball fields we were playing at on Sunday
Disliked: Horrible experience, traveled with one year old daughter and we were woken up at midnight and 130am by barking dogs on our floor . We found bugs on our bed (ants) . Also we were in a non smoking room and our room smellled like cigarettes . We tried taking to front staff they find nothing also calls after check out to talk to someone else , and we were hung up on .

Liked: It was affordable. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: After checking in the night before the next morning they informed me that to continue my stay I would have to pay an extra $160 because I hadn't been charged a pet deposit the night before.
