Awful

Liked: You canceled my reservation after I had driven 3 hours from Michigan at 6:30 PM. Could not find another hotel and had to drive back to Michigan.
Disliked: Last minute cancelation. You knew I was coming in town for concert. I contacted the office and told them I would be checking in late. Very disappointed.

Exceptional

Liked: Price, lacation, safty of roo.m abd vehicle..
Disliked: Having to leave.

Would honestly never stay again

Disliked: One of the dirtiest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Had to throw our pillows we brought because they reak of cigarette smoke.

Disappointing

Liked: Staff was very nice
Disliked: Heavy cigarette smell, no shampoo, questionably clean towels

Poor

Liked: We did not feel safe here. Loads of people hanging around outside with lounge chairs watching you. Double bed was too small and creaky. Large gaps in the door frame of your room. Definitely needs a change. Only good point is the proximity to the airport.
