Disliked: You had to pay extra for EVERYTHING, including towels (that is ridiculous)Booking.com overbooked this hotel so even though I was confirmed with the rooms I had originally booked, and told was able to accommodate having them connected or close, we were on different floors!! Again, unacceptable. The rooms I was not clean - the floor was dirty, hair was in the sink and tub, refrigerator was not clean, utensils and other necessary kitchen items were not present and were available only for an additional charge.Hotel staff was only available until 10pm, the first floor near the lobby was loud, my family and I were uncomfortable with the rooming situation in general because we were traveling with 2 kids. There not no offer of an inconvenience fee, decreasing our price for the stay, or adding anything “extra” for the inconvenience.Will not be retuning to this hotel or its brand. I will be redirecting others to do the same.

Disliked: 1) In a recent stay (July 11 - 14), Extended Stay was unable to honor the requested Disability Access/Non-Smoking room and the location blamed booking.com for their (Extended Stay's) failure to provide the requested reservation. Extended stay had the request more than a month in advance. 2) Extended stay fails to provide an obvious method of knowing what will be provided at their locations without drilling down into your website to identify what a property provides. It is unreasonable to charge for a towel exchange when only 2 towels and 2 wash cloths are provided for a multi-day stay. 3) The site provided one (1) throw-away cup for a 2 person rental and the front desk just said that's all we provide. Great customer service??? 4) The signs around the property advertise a "fully equipped kitchen" and the cabinets are empty with a flyer indicating a Cookware Kit is available for $39.99 and a Dinnerware Kit for $19.99. Please provide your definition of a "fully equipped kitchen" and make it clear on your website during the reservation process.

Cat pee smell and hotel...

Liked: This hotel overbooked for the night in question. We were staying with other family using 1 car and at the same hotel so this was a huge inconvenience. I was left a message telling me I had to contact their sister hotel to get a room with the same rate. So you overbook and I have to fix it? Luckily I did, however the room smelled like cat pee and the sister hotel was dated and dirty. Had long term residents outside the door blocking the doors smoking. Just yuck. I will say Sarah from the sister hotel not this one was helpful in rebooking. Will never stay at one of these establishments again.
Disliked: The horrific smell of cat pee and thin walls.
