Liked: The only redeeming factor was the front desk staff.
Disliked: Don’t do it,,,,, this place is for transient, truckers, or unhoused.1. Overall property is rundown2. The overall location is proximate to expressway and you can access Naperville and surrounding areas. However, I felt unsafe in the immediate “hotel” parking lot personally and would not park my car there overnight. People are hanging around outside hotel.3. Room was dirty and old 4. You pay for pots/pans and dishes. You also pay for every attempted phone call - attempted- local calls as well.5. Free WiFi was useless. 6. No breakfast and I would not eat if it was available

Booking.com should be abolished!

Liked: Booking.Com is trash! They book rooms that aren’t available, then try to charge you, not to mention they don’t answer the phone!

Disliked: Your website shows breakfast but there was no breakfast and all the other extended stays I've stayed at before they had kitchen utilities Nice fork spoons plates cups but nothing here same with the dish clean nothing And because of that I'm kind of disgusted
