Liked: Bathroom drain hole was nasty with remnants of soap scum and would not drain. As soon as we started water running started to pool right away. So I couldn't take shower.appluances also need replaced. Side of refrig fully rusted. Stove top unacceptable
Disliked: Extended stay need full renovation from appliances to bathroom and carpet.

Disliked: This place is rated at a 6.5 on booking.com and it should. be rated as a 1 or 2. This place is very different from the extended stay Americas that we have up north. It’s dirty. Floors are not clean. I was so thankful I brought my crocs to walk with. It looks like the room hadn’t been cleaned in years. The windows and windowsills are dirty. There was ants everywhere. I was literally sitting on the bed studying and an aunt crawled on me and I killed it. No one told me when I checked in there was a scheduled maintenance so there was a sign left by the front desk stating no one would arrive until 10 AM or 11 AM. Well, I blew my nose and threw some tissue in the toilet, and then my toilet wouldn’t flush and I had no one to help me unclog it. So after all this, I paid for two nights day and I checked out early. I’ve been waiting to hear back from someone about getting a refund for one night and I still have not heard from anyone. I definitely do not recommend this place for anyone. It smells like pure cigarettes and this place is I would say for homeless people that need a place to live.

Unprofessional way to Greet the...

Liked: The location of the property was fine
Disliked: There was no one at the front to greet you to Check in or out . There was a shutter at the Check closed down you had to use the phone to dial reservation which then notified the person on duty to come and check you in and out . Very unprofessional and distasteful. I will not be back or recommend a stay .The room was almost very nasty smelling . The smell was as if they use an old dirty mop to clean the room and the towels were very dingy. Not a goof stay.
