horrible!! i will never stay...

Liked: good location near the airport but that was the only nice thing about the hotel!!
Disliked: there was hardly anybody at the service desk at any time we were at the hotel. we were given our sheets and towels in a trash bag because she didn’t want to fold them apparently. we were told they just came outta the dryer, she threw them in a bag and handed them to us. the rooms were gross, mold on sink in bathroom, mold in shower. smelled horrible!!! our kids ran around barefooted the first night and within 30 min their feet were completely black!! i don’t think the floors had been cleaned at all. also the smoke detector had a grocery bag and tape over it!! we assumed somebody was smoking in the room but didn’t want the alarm to go off and just left the bag on there, i should have gotten a picture of it.

Liked: I love the location, Tanger Outlet is just around the corner. There is also a variety of food options within a very short distance.
Disliked: Rooms are a bit outdated but not uncomfortable. On a previous stay, there was a horrible smell in the elevator that seems to have been somewhat fixed.

Liked: Hotel was clean, room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The smell in the elevator and hallways was just horrible.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff there has great customer service and the hotel is very clean.

Liked: I have never seen so many cockroaches in my life … I seen them crawling on my hanging uniform Roaches on my pillows I did not sleep all night …. Used the bathroom in the morning only to find out no running water … room was very dirty and unpleasant. Went to front desk and told them I was checking and to refund the next 2 days of my booking …… haven’t received anything !!!!!!!!
